In our first year we have generated over 600 qualified investor registrations, and presented over £20m worth of GDV. Our activity has now evolved to reach all major cities in the UK, and we are best known for producing high quality property investment opportunities, that focus on thorough numbers and very competitive ROIs.

To cater for high growth within our investor database as well significant capacity needed to process excess leads, we are looking to hire several Sales Consultant to work with a passionate, supportive, and energetic team. Our technology driven leads system is totally unique and disruptive, giving you the opportunity to accelerate your earning potential faster than in any other property sourcing role!

Aspiring property sourcers often pay £thousands for training in this field. At NestBridge, our freelance Sales Consultant role provides significantly more training, mentorship and resources than any paid ‘training course’ provides. Your success is our success; and our success is your success. Whilst this is a commission only role, you benefit from free training and ongoing mentorship. If you follow our blueprint exactly, you will be earning in your first month. On Target Earning below is based on closing 1 deal a week, with consistency, this is 100% achievable.

Our Unique Technology

We have developed a totally unique deal finding app that provides strong deal analysis and finds the leads for you, this role will be to follow up leads and negotiate property deals. There is no other company out there working with the same technology that we have, and that you have the opportunity to work with!

Salary: Commission only. OTE £60k-£100k (uncapped)
